Hello,

I am performing a drop test analysis in HyperCrash for a assembly that includes a polymer part (polypropylene). I have the compression behavior of this thermoplastic for different strain rates (Compression_PP.JPG). I can't use the law2, law 36 or 60 because I have not work hardening in stress-strain curves.

Do you recommend a different law?

    Hi José,

The material law no.36 [Elastic Plastic Piecewise Linear Material] is used for modeling good behavior of polypropylene material. Can you check /MAT/LAW 65 also which is recommended for modeling  polypropylene material.
