how to get the results for strain energy of components and Impact force Vs time and impact force vs deformation curve?

    Hi,
    When material is deformed by external loading, energy is stored internally throughout its volume this internal energy is also referred as strain energy.

    Create an output block and under VAR type IE

    in your working directory you should see a file <file name>_T01. open this in HG and you can plot results for internal energy
