License setup after opening the application is not working ,as it is displaying me invalid license when I try to upload the license file
Hi i am alr prathyusha, i am doing an Mtech project of topology optimization for additive manufacturing. For the purpose of project i downloaded hype works i installed it on my system after opening the application when I try to upload the license file showing an error as invalid license file. I am attaching the file where i got struck .could you please help me in this.
Hi Good morning I got the license file from the altair one where i requested the software to be downloaded. They have sent me license file with which i downloaded the application ,but when I am trying to setup liscense it is showing me error and invalid license file.

There is no license file when using Altair One.

save the license file as 'altair_lic.dat' into the 'security' folder.
