Error 9 is occuring while i amtrying to open altair hyperworks application and showing it invalid liscense

Hi, I am ALR .Prathyusha a M.tech student working on the project related to topology optimnization.so i have downloaded the hyperworks software in my system when i was trying to open the application it is asking for license setup.A s i provided every details its showing me the invalid liscence. Please help me in this issue.

    for student edition, you should receive a license file that needs to be renamed to 'altair_lic.dat' and moved to the 'security' folder inside the installation folder.

     

    Make sure your file is correctly located and also that the name is correct. One common error is to rename it and it turns into 'altair_lic.dat.dat' due to suppressing known extensions.
