I see the combine polynurb command. There a subtract polynurb from another polynurb command? I can't find it. could you send me a screenshot.

Also earlier today during a training webinare on Evolve/Inspire I saw the instructor dynamically change the curvature radius on a polynurb. I did not catch the command he was doing to accomplish this on the Inspire inspired bracket he was working on. The tool he was using was shapening the radius of the polynurb edge.

    Hi Brent,

Thank you for following our webinar on PolyNurbs.

    To answer your questions:

    1. If you mean an Un-Combine PolyNurbs tool, no there's not. if your intention is to Un-Combine what you combined you can simply delete the Combine operation.
If you want to subtract a PolyNurbs volume from another PolyNurbs volume instead, when you work with closed PolyNurbs objects, they are essentially solids, so you can just use the Boolean Subtraction. Don't forget that PolyNurbs objects are compatible with all the main modeling tools inside Evolve, and this gives you a lot of different options.

    2. The tool you are referring to is the Chamfer Edge feature. To find it, just select a PolyNurbs object, go into Edges mode in the Edit PolyNurbs parameters, then approach an edge with the mouse: you will notice a yellow diamond in the center of the edge. Click and drag onto it to activate the Chamfer Edge feature to dinamically adjust the sharpness of the edge. TIP: if you need to chamfer more than one edge, you can select multiple edges with Ctrl + Left Click, and then Click and Drag on one of the edges' diamond to perform a multiple edge chamfer.

Thank you!!  Your instructions helped me a lot.

    Boolean Subtraction worked perfect!!! Thanks!!!

I understand how the  the Chamfer Edge feature works now Thank you!
