the first 2 files are input files for the Radioss solver. 000.rad file contains all FE data, 001.rad file contains the control cards and analysis runtime cards.

.rst file is restart file. quite rarely used.

T01 file is Time history file. Tool blank contact forces and reaction forces are available in the file.

.sty is a old format of .sta. no Longer in use.

    What is .sta file then?

    .sta file is State file.
it contains results or status of the sheet metal after deformed. (element thickness, strain)
you can import .sta into subsequent forming simulation (multistage) or crash analysis to get better accuracy.
