Non linear convergent iterations

Hi There,

 

I have been trying to make some non linear static simulations run for a long time and I am still not able to solve the no convergence problem.

I have made sure there are no penetrations among the components, I have set up the PARAM, EXPERTNL, CNTSTB as well as the PARAM, CONTFEL, YES and I have tried with different values of the forces and different loading conditions, but it still doesn't converge and I have ran out of options.

 

Please, COULD YOU HELP? I have attached two different models I tried to run, just in case there is any problem with one of them.

    Could you share us out file of the above fem file for better understanding?
