After running optimization, you can use 'Fit' option and then save it as stp/parsolid/iges. You can also create PolyNURBS which can be saved as stp/parasollid/iges as well.
I had some problems with the exporting definition. I got open geometries and underlyining surfaces when exporting.
Is it possible to improve the quality of the exporintg file? Which is the best format for exporting?
In the end I had to simplify the geometry in Inspire to be able to get a solid in Creo Software..which was not the best option for me as I get a different part shape.
