Is there anybody to you use envolve on job? because the apllikation is not so famous here in Germany, and  ask me self where is the typical apply case for envolve, is it Design or construction.

Ist it possible to find a job with envolve in Design as for example Rhino.

    Hi knot ,

    - und Grüße von einem deutschen Anwender -

unfortunately evolve is not relevant in Germany yet.

If you are a student looking to optimize youre Job chances , you better learn a CAD-tool like SolidWorks.

That said its still a good Tool to work with because it will teach you a lot about surfaces ( besides being more fun than typical CAD tools )

To answer youre last Question : Its rather Design than Engineering ( although it is both )

Once you reach a certain level its very fast and makes it easier to achieve aesthetic shapes.

Especially if youre a Designer you will love it.

    Hi Knot,

Good comments by Leonard.  Evolve is really aimed for product designers working on conceptual design projects where flexibility and freedom are important.

We are not as well known as of now as SolidWork or Catia, but we are working on changing that.  We are a partner product with SolidWorks.

Let me know if you have any questions or if there is anything we can do to help as you start learning the world of Evolve.

    Cheers,
