Can you share the input file?

I think in your case it would give effect of moment only. If you want to effect of Force then create one more loadstep with load defining forces.& if you want to effect of both force and moment then use LOAD card & create one more load step.

PFA updated file. You can make use of Global output request from control card to get required output for all loadstep.

sir thank you very much..i am using hmv11 the file you have shared has not been supported..i created a load step as follows

    force---- specifying bcs and force

    moment----- specifying bcs and moments

LOAD---- specifying bcs and LOAD card

i am just obtaining the effect of moment..applied force it still showing zero

Material parameter for steel which you enter seem to be not correct.

I provide Steel mat prop for E, Nu & Rho & run analysis.I believe share setup would help you to understand structure. (All Hm 11 generated file attahced below)

Requesting you to refer Optistruct online tutorials.
