Unfortunately there is no tutorial available on MFLUID. I will check if there is a model file available which I can share with you.

If I want define a more complex surf (without use zfs)? For example a cycler with a piston (so the volume of fluid is the volume of the cylinder minus the volume of the piston)?

I think you need Zfs in this case
