Can I output SimLab FE Model to Hypermesh?

I use the SimLab to automesh the 3D triangular mesh 

 

and now I want to use this FE Model in optistruct 

 

how should I set to output model 

 

I also want to ask why I set automesh in hypermesh the element is so large

 

I set the  Mesh>Tetra Mesh>Volume tetra>Element Size>4, but it still large

 

so what can I automesh in hypermesh

Please use File|Export|Solver Input File to export a *.fem to HyperMesh.
