Hello.
Why is the program documentation only on the Internet? If I do not have access to the Internet, then I will not be able to access reference information. Is it possible to download the program documentation?

    Yes. I think you can download the manual with wget.

    Find the link and documents you want to download, then even you wont have a net you'll have the files that you need.
