Hey everyone,

Does anyone know if Hyperwork take care of multi-objective Non-linear topology optimization? If yes, which software and which feature is being used? Is there are tutorial?

I know Optistruct can do simple non-linear optimization and Hyperstudy has some multi-objective shape optimizing ability. So I guess my real question is how to conduct them together and change it to topo.

Thanks

    Hi @Frehab

You can use HyperStudy. Please refer to these tutorials:

    HS-4425: Multi-Objective Shape Optimization Study

HS-4450: Multi-Objective Optimization of a Cantilever Ibeam using an Inclusion Matrix

    Hi @Prakash Pagadala

Thanks for the reply. I DO have checked this tutorial. Is does solve my problem because:

    1. it is shape optimization not topo. Not sure if HS can do topo multi-objective optimization as while.

    2. it is linear and didn't mention anything about nonlinear. Do you know if HS do have non-linear optimization feature.

    Hi,

In Hyperstudy you can not perform topology optimization. Two tutorial of multiobjective optimization is available. With Hst you can perform DOE, Fit, Stochastic  & Optimization(shape & size only).

Tutorial 4425 covers linear material.so you can perform nonlinear optimization but not topology optimization with Hyperstudy.
