The same RAD file is running without problems and generating A files without any problems in another system.
This problem has been more of an on again off again type.
It occurs sometimes and solves without any problems some other time.
Please try running the files from the RADIOSS solver run manager and let me know if it generates animation files.
Moreover, please upgrade the HyperWorks version to the latest. which is HyperWorks 2017, which has many new features. You can go through http://www.altairhyperworks.com/hw2017/ to know more about it.

Running the rad file directly from Radioss too doesn't give any animation output.

Please share the engine file (file name_0001.rad), as it doesn't contain any model info. The run is completing after starter runs and so please share the engine file as it contains the run controls.

This is the starter out file. Please ensure that the starter and engine file names are the same.
Also, in the RADIOSS solver please upload both the starter and engine files and in options keep it to -both and try running the analysis.
