Confusion with unit selection

Hi Group

 

Refering to following Pdf i have confusion regarding unit consistency

 

I am taking E modulus in MPa

density in Ton/mm3

 

then will my output velocity will be mm/s

 

what system should i choose (for E and density) to have velocity in m/s

 

what does the unit in Pdf density = kg/L . L refer to

If you want to get m/s for velocity, so use SI system. In this case, E  = Pa ; Density = kg/m^3
