Does anyone know of any recourses for book for Inspire, Evolve or any Altair products? I looked on Amazon and found no results.

No, we do not have book resources yet but you can find some good use cases, real life examples and customer stories that give you a clear picture of the process. Our help is well written and you can always contact support (at) solidThinking.com for any questions or problems you are facing with a particular use case.
Our solidThinking website also contains a detailed training package for both Evolve and Inspire.
