I am not able to launch acusolve for solving in my system even after checking Launch AcuSolve parameter. it only creates inp and mesh.dir
what may be the possible problem. please find a attached snap shot.

First - it seems there is no attachment... If a .Log file is created at all, please include that.
In this case, it may be best to contact your local support office.
