Please go to HyperMesh>>Help>>Updates and System Information and send a snapshot of the same.
Also, please share the model file so that we can also review from our end.

I guess that if I delete some comps,them will leave some nodes...When I selected nodes by all,more nodes were selected.

Instead of selecting nodes by all option can you try with nodes>>displayed.

I think that's graphic bug. So try to replace your card /emoticons/default_tongue.png' srcset='/emoticons/tongue@2x.png 2x' title=':P' width='20' />

then click clear all preserved
