RADIOS orientation error

Please I need your help, it has been a while since i'm stuck in a error dor a dynamique calcul. my structure is an aircraft galley so I have some parts made of composite material. when I run the RADIOS calcul it shows me the same errors everytime even i tried to modify many elements. it's 1950 error based on the same proportie just the shell ID changes.
this exemple of error sentence to make it more clear

Did you assign the material orientation to the elements?.
Can you upload the model file?

there's the starter, engine et .out files. I didn't get your question about the orientation, please clear more i'm really stuck at this point
