Acusolve results are not matching with Expt results

Hi,

I am doing an analysis of louver fin radiator but my results are not matching with experiment.

Boundary conditions are,

air flow = velocity inlet(5.58 m/s), pressure outlet and inlet temp (293.3 K)

water flow = flow rate inlet(120 l/m), pressure outlet & inlet temp (353 K)

cfd result expt result

air outlet - 349.62K 327.43 K

water outlet- 352.68 K 347.14 K

i tried to attach .acs file but its failed.

Have you tried compressing the database file? TRy uploading after using this.

On the the hand it might require detailed investigation, that might not be feasible via forum. Have you contacted your local HyperWorks Support ?
