Optistruct Result analysis (NL Geom)

I did a Non linear Analysis using Optistruct.....its basically 2 components having contact pair. In the lower clip region, i apply different forces with 1N,100N & 1000N. while the upper clip is constraint.

In all the cases,(with different forces) i am getting the similar results.....in 'displacements and element stresses'. can you suggest what could be the reason for this ?

Stress : 0.4467

Displacement : 0.05166 for all the cases, which seems very unrealistic.

There are 11 penetrations reported in the out file.

i am going to repair the model and start my simulation again.

But do you think, this could be the only reason for this problem ?

as far as materail is concerned, i used the same setup for my other simulations and all seems perfectly ok with results.....
