You can use CBUSH which defines a generalized spring-damper structural element. I hope this is what you are looking for.

Please refer to CVISC which defines a viscous damper on elements.
CVISC needs PVSIC property.
Go to Springs panel and change element type to CVISC to create a CVSIC element.
can i get any document related to this viscous damping like any tutorials on this.....
