Fatigue analysis with Hypermesh (Optistruct)

Hi all,

Is there possibility of fatigue analysis with Hyermesh (using Optistruct)? If is possible, could you please help me by tutorial and fatigue analysis user guide (I look at Altair tutorial but I find just linear static)?

Ex: how to set condition by Hyper Mesh , how to run analyze by Optistruct.
