Sinusoidal force in Harmonic and Transient analysis

Hello,

I would like to know how I can apply a sinusoidal force in Harmonic and Transient analysis with a equation. For example: sin(2*pi*w) and sin(2*pi*t), where w is the excitation frequency and t is time, because in Harmonic and Transient analysis I was using TABLED1 with RLOAD2 and TLOAD1.
