Hi I am trying to simulate an Aluminium honeycomb but I was confused what MAT card I would use to define this material.

Check for PCOMP with MAT8.
Hi Neelc,
Depends on how you are modelling. If you are modelling with solid elements you can use MAT9 or MAT9ORT.
If you are using shell elements, you can model as @Rahul R said.
