We've followed the steps to apply a front impact force of 40g and 4g. Both times we got a stress singularity with an unusually high value of stress at a single element ( 5500 MPa and 505 MPa respectively)
We have made sure that the mesh quality and geometry is up to the mark.
PFA a screenshot of the 2D element stress contour of our model.

Kindly offer some suggestion or guidelines to solve this problem at your earliest convenience.

    Hi Niket,

Can you refine the mesh where you see singularity and check if that reduced the stress at all?

How to find the stress singularity and how to deal with it ?

If the stress is very 'local', found in very small area, it's purely NUMERICAL, NO PHYSICAL. You can ignore.
