Hello sir, please tell me can we model transient response analysis of gang bridge in hyperworks,

I am attaching 1 youtube link of that video.please see that and tell me ho to apply that type of loading condition in hyperworks

    Hello sir,

    I did this example but i did not get any idea how to apply the same load as done in above video.sir please tell me only the steps to apply same transient load.

    @monu

     

    You need to apply force on components as shown in the video and create a tableD1 for respective force loads and superpose using TLOAD1.

    Hello sir,

    I have applied transient load condition but now I stuck in output request control card.

    I want displacement and stress output. please tell me how to get this.

    Hi Monu,

     

    Go to Analysis page>> Control cards>> Global output request>> check displacement and stress from the list.

    in  OS1310 tutorial, for load  DAREA was defined. why?

    Hi,

     

    DAREA is used to define scale factor for dynamic loads like force and moment. If you have enforced motion use SPCD instead.

    If you use force or moment you need to have DAREA type instead of SPCD. This is how it is programmed :)/emoticons/default_smile.png' srcset='/emoticons/smile@2x.png 2x' title=':)' width='20'>
