How are you exporting this .nas file from HyperMesh?

It is advisable to export .nas using the CFD (AcuSolve) Profile and export as Nastran Fluent Standard file format.

Are you trying to export parasolid format from HM or .Nas?

The error that you mentioned happens typically with HyperMesh Parasolid export.

i always export nastran starCD standard format and always work, this is for openning it on acuconsole to run a CFD simulation

I was not aware that Nastran (StarCD) also works.  I would still recommend the Nastran (FLuent) Standard format.

While importing in AcuConsole use the By Attributes  option for surfaces.

Do you see files named geomsim.jou and meshsim.jou ? They might give more info about what is going wrong with geometry import.

Have you performed the typical checks for exporting surface mesh, as mentioned in the pinned thread on the forum?
