Does GRAV card has any effect on CONM2? I mean does it consider as weight load ?
Orelse GRAV card is only for calculating weight through volume and density??

GRAV will have effect on CONM2 provided it is connected to the structure.
If the CONM2 is free then no effect can be seen on the CONM2.
