I am using the latest version Hyperworks 14 but I still get this error!! Is there any other suggestion??

14.0.230 patch is available to users. If you have updated to latest patch and you still get the same error, Please share the model to check.

I see lot of unconnected nodes.

Yes I first meshed the components and also defined the RBE2s and the scaled it. It was in milimiter and I scaled that to meter. I am not sure what you excatly mean by the unconnected nodes.

were the loads scaled to model size?

This is a programming error and looks like coming from 1D elements.
