Tutorial file controlarm.fem

Hello 

In the tutorial OS-T 3300 Lattice Optimization the file controlarm.fem is needed. I have downloaded the zip file of OptiStruct with this following link I have found: https://altairuniversity.com/model-files-for-student-edition-users-accompaniment-to-the-tutorials-in-help/

 

But this seems to be the wrong file, as there is no controlarm.fem. Can someone help me to find the right download for this file? I don't have a student edition of HyperMesh/OptiStruct.
