Problem with installation Evolve 2017

Hello!

I've just download Evolve 2017 but I'm not able to install on OSX El Capitan,
when I click on downloaded file ( Evolve_2017_7305_MacOSX.app )it give me
an error message:

Unable to open application

What I have to do?

PS Into the Preference Panel of OSX I've already set 'allow applications from anywhere'

If you right-click on the installer and choose Open that should allow you to install it.
