How can i see the shear forces on the spring used as a bolt in my model ?

If you are using Type 13 spring (/th/Spring) for Radioss solver then Fy and Fz will be shear forces.In HG load h3d file of the run and plot Shear forces.

Even if orientation of the bolt changes, is y and z always shear force ?
If you are using Type13 spring then yes, Y and Z will be shear force because Type13 spring works in the local coordinate system. So node1 to node2 will always be X axis.
Note: Type13 spring for Radioss solver.
