hello , 

 

I do not know how to extract the center of gravity and moment of inertia of this piece. Can you please help me i tried summary but nothing appears

    Hi,

    From the summary option, select load and select the template (ie, Select RADIOSS and select ct_of_gvty or mom_of_intertia template) and in output file specify the path where the summary file will be saved and click on summary. It will output the required based on the template selected.

    Another easiest way is to output using HyperCrash. From Mass option select Part Details and user can view the CoG and inertia of the model.

    What is the unit of moment of inertia displayed here in summary?

    The units are based on the unit consistency you have followed in the model.
