It will be very helpful to me if some one can  resolve this problem which occurs while solving the iterations.

Please post your .inp and .Log file. That should give some clues, only the error message is not enough. Thanks.

The solution is starting to go 'bad' around time step 50, then the errors accumulate and eventually the job stops.  This appears to be one inlet, one outlet, and a wall.  What type of analysis is this?  What max velocity do you expect?  Do you expect transonic/supersonic flow?  Is there reverse flow at the outlet?  Can you post an image or two of the simulation model, with an explanation of the behavior you expect?

I also see there are only 57 thousand nodes in the model.  Does the model behave better with more mesh?  Maybe some images of the mesh would also be useful.  You could also contact your local Altair support.

Well, I was working on the exhaust runner design and the boundary conditions are, at inlet, Mass Flux=0.85044kg/sec and at outlet, pressure=1atm.

Attached is the CAD model of Exhaust.

    Thank You

Also, am unable to obtain a pressure of 1 atm. or more at the outlet. So, can you please suggest some design modifications?
