Unable to export the Hypermesh (V13) model to ansys

Team,

I created simple plate with Point force (ANSYS profile) and updated the all the properties in Hypermesh. Unable to export the model to other formats (cdb, inp, fem..), and error is 'Unknown command “Setettypeelementypereference”.

I checked the HM tool manager and all the properties are assigned properly.

What is that error?

I am connecting the license thro' remote desktop connection, using Hypermesh Verion 13.

It works fine at my end.I converted optistruct fem file to ansys.Then exported & imported same file sucessfully in my machine.Do you see this issue in other machines?

If you have license issue, you can not see this message:

... and error is 'Unknown command “Setettypeelementypereference”.

You have to see something related to license directly.

That's not License issue. I think you have some problem with Hypermesh's installation.

All error messages are related to Altair's script.

So I would like to suggest you to reinstall again Hypermesh. Version 14 or 2017 is better!

I checked same in 13.110 HW desktop & it work fine.Please try as per above suggestion.
