Altair License Manager: License error.

How to clear error code 15 and error code -40? Downloaded student version of PSIM but not able to use due to these license issues. I have uninstalled and reinstalled PSIM, that didn't help. I have tried several times to re-activate my device using codes generated by Altairone, that didn't help either.

Step 1: Create an Altair One account

I have tried this proceed but, in my case, i get resolved it through the Altair License Utility Application. Navigating by folders, was accessed C:\...\Altair\Altair_PSIM_2023.1\security\gui and there, clicked and opened the almutil_gui application. In this window, below the License Store field, i found the directory where is the lincense. I copied e pasted the directory on the field required for PSIM and saved, concluding this case.

What you have described is exactly the same as in "Step 4".

I have other situation about managed license. I'm using a student version to PSIM and did installed in other notebook. However, after execute all steps, it was appearing the follow information "Error activating license. This license was already activated using different HostIDs". I acessed Altair One, User Profile, Authorized Machines , selecting the last require relative to this notebook and clicked on "Generate Auth Code" button. I copied and Pasted the authrization code In Altair License Utility app (Almulti), Managed Licensing window, i cliked on New Athorization button, opened Use Auth Code field, pasted the code and cliked in Authorize button. The popup informantion was succesfully. Nevertheless i didn't resolvethe problem. What can i do?

The reason of my request is because the other computer is not working and was deliver to the technical support. How can i install in a new computer?

Student license is for one computer only. You can't use it on another computer.

I did all these steps and my PSIN doesn't work.
When I open the license setup, it says: "This computer is authorized."
When I try to enter the activation key, it says: "Error activating license: The license already exists in the license store."

But when I open PSIN, it asks me again for the license.
I did all these steps and I don't know what to do.
