I would like to rotate a meshed component with all the BCs/forces attached to it. Is that possible in Hypermesh?

Did you try rotate option?If LBC is already defined on model then it should rotate mesh/LBC aswell.

I think the loads and BCs will rotate along with elements. Please see the attached video.
