I want to set up contact between two bodies in optistruct for modal and frequency response analysis, but I don't know how to do it? Is there any example for reference the detail process?

What type of contact are you looking at?
Modal/FRF analysis are linear dynamics and contacts are non-linear which may not be compatible to the analysis type.
