Are you trying to edit geometry in HyperMesh and export ? Which format are you using?

As per my experience, either direct CAD Software or SolidThinking Inspire (part of HyperWorks installation) have better success rates of importing geometry in AcuConsole.

Please import and export the geometry in Inspire. It should generally work. See that no part has zero mass.

    Hi Sandeep,

This errors occurs when a surface is attached both sides to the same fluid.

It can be avoided by checking each volumes, for this you can make utilize of a script available in installation directory.
