design of experiments by changing parameters of geometry

Hi,

 

I want to carry out a static structural study on a helical spring such that i have the freedom to change different parameters of the geometry (about 5 parameters in total)  using a a script ( and a means to avoid manual meshing).

Is there any means to carry out such a study using Hypermesh?
