How to create inclined loads

Hi

 

I have a hollow cylinder and I need to create a load at an inclined angle of 45 degrees acting at the center of the cylinder. How do I do this ?

    The 1st (simple) method: compute the projected component of your load over structural axis (Fx, Fy, Fz) and apply them.

    The 2nd method: define a local system at loading node which has the X-axis coincident to force direction. Apply the load within this local system.
