You can use MAT LAW 36 for it. Make a curve with your stress strain values as input and assign the same as function in MATLAW 36. Go through the help file for more info.

For Elastic Plastic material model you can use /MAT/LAW36 where you can input the Stress-Strain function.

In Nfunct option specify the number of functions in the model and recall the same.
