I have a .rad file which opens in Hypercrash previously, but now it dose not work ( it says NO File). why ? and what should I do?

Hi Sara,
Can you please send a screenshot of the error you are getting while importing the file.
Also, please ensure the RADIOSS file version and HyperCrash version are compatible, that is RADIOSS 2017 files will not open in HyperCrash 2014.
