Need help on Analysis(both tech and tool skills)

Hi,

I have 3 years of experience in FE Modelling.To be frank only used as tool engineer.Sometimes I have practiced on radioss tutorials.But i feel i am not good in technical skills and too many doubts.So i need a perfect guidelines.My thoughts are like that i am not good(due to under estimating by seniors).I need help from experts how to overcome this problem.Please help me.

If you have doubts, the good method is to follow a training course of the software.
