Getting Error while Importing PARASOLID file in Acusolve

Hello Team ,

 

 

I am getting below error while importing a parasolid file into Acusolve :

 

File 'pnlFile.py', line 323, in importFile
  File 'pnlWin.py', line 1447, in readData
  File 'pnlImport.py', line 178, in readData
  File 'pnlImport.py', line 294, in readDataFile
  File 'pnlLoadGeom.py', line 264, in __init__
  File 'pnlLoadGeom.py', line 293, in readGeom
  File 'pnlLoadGeom.py', line 357, in loadGeomData
  File 'pnlLoadGeom.py', line 705, in readCad
  File 'agsModel.pxi', line 1523, in acugs.AgsModel.createSimModelMap
AgsError: There are zero region sets in the model
 

Can you please help what could be the source of error for this ?

    Hello,

     

    While exporting from hypermesh file (.hm),  make sure that you are exporting only solids and there is no surface in that.

    You are getting error that it cannot detect any regions!
