1) there is no proper node connectivity
2) Constrain all Dofs of the Rigids.
Can you elaborate what do you mean by node connectivity?
Guide me through some video if possible.
Go to Equivalence panel (SHift+F3) select the components and click Equivalence (tolerance 0.1)
