I am using hyperworks student version for my senior project. I am making topology optimization of a rotating disk. How can I limit it such that it will not exceed the required yield strength?

For topology there is no response available which takes yield strength.
You can apply stress constraint.
OS-2080: Topology Optimization of a Hook with Stress Constraints
Factor of safety=Yield stress/working stress. For any material you would have yield stress.
