Possibility of loose small-grain material size classification based on the effect of vibratory segregation in combination with material vibrotransport is shown. A screenless continuously working apparatus is proposed, providing for efficient separation at small separation sizes. The experimental results qualitatively agree with results of computer-modeling, performed with application of discrete components technique.
